5. Pricing and Payment
Pricing may depend on the scope of work, labor required, materials, hauling or disposal requirements, equipment, accessibility, project conditions, and other job-specific factors.
Payment terms will be communicated as part of the applicable quote, invoice, or service agreement.
Additional work requested by the customer or required because of materially different site conditions may result in additional charges when agreed upon.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should provide reasonable notice when canceling or rescheduling a service.
ROSWOLD Property Services reserves the right to reschedule or discontinue work when conditions are unsafe, access is unavailable, weather prevents reasonable performance, or circumstances outside our reasonable control interfere with the scheduled service.
7. Property and Worksite Conditions
We take reasonable care while performing services. However, outdoor and property-service work may involve conditions that are concealed or outside our control.
Customers should notify us before work begins of known hazards, fragile property, irrigation systems, underground utilities, pets, restricted areas, or other conditions that could affect the work.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where liability cannot legally be limited.
